DMCA / Copyright Policy
How to report copyright infringement and how we respond.
LionOTT Premium IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this website to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of material you believe infringes your copyright, and how we handle those notifications.
Reporting alleged infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe material accessible through this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to officialLionOTT@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”.
What your notice must include
To allow us to act on your notice, please include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the exact URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact details, including full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Please note: knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
How we respond
We review every properly submitted notice. Where a notice is valid and relates to material within our control, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to that material. We aim to acknowledge notices within 5 working days of receipt.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to officialLionOTT@gmail.com including your contact details, identification of the material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, the account of any user or reseller who is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
Privacy Policy
What information we collect, why, and your rights over it.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information LionOTT Premium IPTV collects when you use lionott.eu or contact us about our services, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number or messaging handle, when you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram or email to request a trial, buy a subscription, or ask for support.
- Subscription information — the plan you choose, its duration, the number of devices, and the login credentials we issue to you.
- Technical information — collected automatically when you visit the website, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.
We do not ask for or store full card numbers on this website.
How we use your information
- To create, deliver, renew and support your subscription.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and credential sharing.
- To maintain the security and performance of our service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function, while others help us understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated statistics such as visitor numbers, page views and traffic sources, and Cloudflare for security and delivery, which sets cookies necessary to protect the site.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the website work.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and deliver the service — such as our hosting provider, Cloudflare and Google Analytics — and where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep subscription and support records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes, comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email officialLionOTT@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.
Children
Our service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
Refund Policy
When refunds are available, and how to request one.
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and reseller credits purchased from LionOTT Premium IPTV.
Try before you buy. We offer a free 12-hour trial on request so you can test picture quality, channel availability and performance on your own device and internet connection before paying anything. We strongly recommend using the trial first.
Digital service — activation and cancellation
Our subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately. Once your line has been activated and your login credentials issued, the service has been supplied in full, and the purchase is non-refundable except in the circumstances set out below.
When we will issue a refund
We will consider a refund where:
- We are unable to activate your subscription at all, and cannot resolve it.
- The service suffers a prolonged fault caused by us that we cannot fix within a reasonable period after you report it.
- You were charged more than once in error for the same subscription.
Refunds approved on these grounds are issued to the original payment method.
When we cannot issue a refund
- Where the problem is caused by your internet connection, device, or local network (including insufficient speed, Wi-Fi issues or ISP restrictions).
- Where specific channels or events are unavailable, change, or are removed by the upstream provider.
- Where your access is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms and Conditions, including credential sharing or exceeding your device limit.
- Where you simply change your mind after the service has been activated.
- Reseller credits, once issued to a panel, are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7877 162001 or by email at officialLionOTT@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, with your order details and a description of the problem. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — most issues are resolved quickly by our support team.
Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your subscription while the dispute is investigated.
Terms and Conditions
The rules that apply when you use our service.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LionOTT Premium IPTV website and service. By using the website, requesting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We provide access to a streaming service delivered over the internet. Access is licensed to you personally for private, non-commercial use, for the duration and the number of devices in the plan you purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to purchase a subscription.
3. Your account and credentials
- Your login credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them secure.
- You must not share, resell, publish or distribute your credentials unless you hold an active reseller account with us.
- You may stream on the number of devices included in your plan (1, 2 or 3 devices). Exceeding that limit may cause your line to be blocked automatically.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to rebroadcast or publicly display content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
5. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable in advance.
- Subscriptions are sold as a one-time payment for a fixed term. They do not auto-renew — you choose whether to renew at the end of your term.
- We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect a subscription you have already paid for, for its current term.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Channels, content and streams are supplied by upstream providers and may change, move or become unavailable without notice. Maintenance, upstream outages and network conditions can all affect availability.
7. Third-party applications and devices
Our service is used through third-party player applications and devices that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for those applications, their availability, or any changes made to them.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms, share your credentials, attempt to defraud us, or use the service unlawfully.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to officialLionOTT@gmail.com.
